Party time!

Saturday we celebrated Ethan's birthday.  We had a tractor theme because Ethan LOVES tractors.  He has a major obsession with them. 

My little guy is so full of energy and so active.  I knew he would LOVE having a day to celebrate him, and I was right. He had a great time!! As soon as he went outside he jumped in the pool...fully clothed.

We  ate hamburgers and hot dogs while the kids played.  I love having such a big backyard for the kids to run wild. After eating we moved on to presents for Ethan.  He LOVED every single thing he got. 

Getting some help from cousins.

Ethan got lots of toy story things - his favorite!! He's constantly saying "woody, buzz!" My parents got him a talking woody doll and Wes' parents got him a full woody outfit. So cute! 

He even had boots to top it off! 

Wes' dad restored one of Wesley's childhood toys - a peddling tractor.  To say Ethan loved this is a huge understatement. His face lit up when he saw it and anytime anyone else went near it he said "my tractor!"

Thank you, Paul for restoring this.  It will get plenty of use!!

Next was cake.  Ethan looked so cute while we were singing to him and he blew his candle out all by himself.

I loved spending time with family and celebrating this sweet boy.  He seriously is the sweetest little thing, ever.  He's so tender and loving.  He melts my heart every.single.day.
