Ethan is pretty much your typical boy. He loves dirt, cars, trucks, trains and being outside. We never showed him to like these things, but after he showed a natural interest in all things boy, we have encouraged it and bought him some fun cars, dump trucks and motorcycles to play with. His bucket of cars is by far his favorite thing to rummage through. Anytime we are outside in the backyard he heads straight for this small pile of dirt and vrooms his cars through it.
This morning he was begging to go outside. Literally at the back door trying his best to reach the doorknob and twist it. Ashley was here to witness a brief part of his persistence, followed by a little tantrum on the living room rug. Well after Ashley and her girls left Ethan was still wanting to go outside....It's freezing today and he still had on his pajama shirt and a diaper. So, this *brilliant* momma decided to bring the dirt inside.
It actually was not a big mess and he had so much fun. He kept running to his room to get more cars and tractors. Oh, the joys of little boys!
