A few weeks ago I posted a poll on my blog to see who everyone thought Hannah looked most like, me or Wes. Well the results came back with most people saying they saw a little of both of us.

O Christmas Tree
I saw this adorable Christmas tree on another girl's blog. I fell in love. Had to have it. I went to Wal-Mart and they were sold out. I called the other 2 Wal-Mart stores in town and they didn't have it either. I called my mom and her Wal-Mart had it. So excited!! The only problem is that my mom lives 3 1/2 hours away. By the time she shipped it to me, we would be leaving town to visit them. So, I don't get to use it this year. Bummer. But I'll have it for next year and the following years. Doesn't every little girl need a PINK Christmas tree?! We will use this tree for all of Hannah's homemade ornaments that she makes at church and any other special ornaments we get for her.
My friend Tamala (who is SO crafty) made this ornament for Hannah. Isn't it precious?! This is on our tree for now, but will be on her pink tree next year. Can't wait!

And when I asked Hannah if she was excited about the new tree, this was her reaction!

All I want for Christmas....Is my two front teeth!
Today we visited Santa!!! It was so much fun and Hannah told Santa that she would love to have some teeth for Christmas...and in the least painful way possible, please!

I think she might just get that wish. Just like every mother, for the past 4 months every time Hannah is fussy I say: "oh, she must be getting teeth." Well, FINALLY I think that excuse is accurate. There are little slices in her gums that looks like teeth will pop out of any day!
Hannah did so well with Santa. She just stared at him and pulled on his beard. I'm sure she would have put it in her mouth if she would have had time.Merry Christmas!

So in love!
This week I fell totally in love with Hannah all over again. Of course I never fell out of love, but this little girl stole my heart all over again.
On Monday I started my version of baby boot camp. Hannah didn't do so well over the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I committed to stay at home for as long as it took until she was "fixed."
During her awake times we had lots of fun.Played in the jumper....
Got on a great eating schedule.....
And begged mommy to PLEASE let her open just ONE present!!!
Now we are back on track and ready to leave the house! After talking to several friends, my sister and consulting some books and forums on the internet, I decided the Baby Whisper's pickup/put down method would work best for me. If you are not familiar with this and in need of your baby to fall asleep....CONTACT ME! It's A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and worked so quickly!
Although I started experiencing cabin fever from not leaving the house, Hannah and I re-bonded. Sometimes it's nice to have a good reason to not leave the house. I got to just sit and play with Hannah for hours. I remembered why I stay at home and am even more thankful that I'm able to be at home with Hannah. We played many games of peek-a-boo and patty cake!
I'm so blessed.
